OSS RBA (Risk-Based Online Single Submission) is an electronically integrated business licensing system that is now increasingly advanced since the implementation of GR No. 28 of 2025 (OSS Reform). This system prioritizes the 'Fictive-Positive' principle where licenses that are not processed according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) are automatically considered approved, guaranteeing certainty for business actors.

Every business actor is required to have an NIB as the company's official identity in conducting business activities, which is now directly integrated with One Data Indonesia and the latest tax system. This NIB is an absolute requirement for obtaining a Standard Certificate up to a full operational license in 2026.

• OSS RBA Generation 3.0 account registration (2026 Update)

• Fulfillment of basic requirements (KKPR, Environmental Approval, PBG/SLF)

• Management of NIB (Business Identification Number) with the latest classification scheme

• Issuance of Verified Standard Certificates

• Integration of 16-Digit NPWP and synchronization of Directorate General of Taxes data

• Assistance with migrating old licensing data to the latest system
