Automatic Data Update According to PP 43/2011
The Indonesian Government through Government Regulation (PP) No. 43 of 2011 regulates the procedure for using the name of a Limited Liability Company (PT).
Must use at least a three-word combination. This aims to minimize the risk of name similarity with other registered business entities.
For Local PT (PMDN), the name must use Indonesian. Foreign words are only allowed if they do not have an official equivalent or are adopted words.
The name has never been legally used by another Company or does not have a striking resemblance to the names of state/international institutions.
It is forbidden to use numbers or special characters. The name must also not conflict with public order, decency, or contain SARA elements.
